How to set-up Google ad sense for dummies

Let's face it, we all want a little money on the side and there is not better way than starting up your own blog!

although i am going to admit i am fairly new to this i definitely want to inform any reader on my first achievement in the blog world.

I was able to finally set up Google ad sense after a good frustrating 30 minutes. It was pretty dumb of me, but then i though how many thousands of people must have had the same issue in the first set-up so i am officially posting "how to set-up Google ad sense for dummies"

1. First thing's first sign up for a google ad sense account as well as a Blogger account. (go to: www.blogger.com and www.google.com/adsense

2. From there, you are going to want to set up your new blog through blogger (should be simple by clicking the new blog button)

3. Now go to your blog and click on the "design" tab on the top of your screen.

4. Now you will see you 6 different tabs on the top right click on "monetize"

5. Next, you can sync both accounts by clicking "add google ad sense"

6. Personalize!, from there you can change where the adds will appear and you are set!

As i enter the new realm of opportunities in the blogging community, there are many things that can pop up to mind, perhaps the most common is what should my blog be about?

I have read many blogger's advice stating you should state true to your heart and just let the blogging take its way in this "blogging experience" To be honest, i am not sure where this will take me but i know that i will be constant in my writing even if it may take me switching topics like a kangaroo.
